Equipment & Time Budgeting Recommendations

As you get ready to start your wellness program,

I wanted to make a few recommendations regarding equipment and budgeting your time.

 

Equipment:  The following equipment is recommended to support your success

(samples provided - you do not need to get the exact product linked).

 

Myzone MZ-3 Heart Rate Monitor

Myzone App (free)

Tape measure for circumference measurements

Scale (if you would like to track your weight - totally up to you)

Bands

Dumbbells

Kettlebells

Mat

Time:  I recommend budgeting out the following time for your meditations, workouts, and healthy habits.

Please remember that this is a lifestyle commitment,

so we want these time and energy commitments to be sustainable for you. 

Please discuss with me any changes we need to make to your program based on

the time and energy you have to give.

Meditation: 15 minutes daily

Workouts: 60 minutes daily (most are shorter, but planning for an hour will offer plenty of time)

Healthy Habits: 10-15 minutes daily
