I will provide meditation resources, and you can meditate daily whenever it works best for your schedule.

-7-Day Meditation Challenge Facebook Group for community support.
--Ayla Donlin Wellness Meditation Journal to log daily meditations
--Daily meditations (audio and/or video) posted to Facebook Group
--Support from me via e-mail and Facebook Group
--Group Meditations (attendance optional):
Kick-Off Meditation – Monday, August 24th @ 6:30 – 6:45 pm PDT
Check-In Meditation – Wednesday, August 26th @ 6:30 – 6:45 pm PDT
Celebration Meditation – Sunday, August 30th @ 6:30 – 6:45 pm PDT
