💚 Oven Roasted Turmeric Brussels Sprouts 💚
⭐️This was one of my favorite sides from our Thanksgiving dinner! So good, I even enjoyed it cold as leftovers.

➡️ Ingredients:
-4 cups Brussels sprouts (chopped in halves or quarters)
-4 Tbsp olive oil
-2 tsp turmeric
-2 tsp salt
-2 tsp balsamic vinegar
-1 tsp black pepper
-1 tsp minced garlic OR 1/2 tsp garlic powder
➡️ Instructions:
-Preheat oven to 375 degrees
-Place 2 cups of chopped Brussels sprouts in large bowl
-Pour 2 Tbsp olive oil over sprouts
-Mix in 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, black pepper, and garlic
-Place remaining 2 cups of chopped sprouts in bowl
-Pour remaining 2 Tbsp olive oil over sprouts
-Mix in 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp balsamic
-Spread sprouts onto one or two baking sheets
-Roast in oven for 20 minutes; stirring after 10 minutes
-Turn oven off and let sprouts sit in hot oven for another 5-7 minutes
