Protein Nuggets

😋Easy to make and packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats!👍

⭐️CREATE: Ingredients & Instructions


-2 cups rolled oats

-1 cup peanut butter

-1 cup applesauce

-1/3 cup honey or agave

-3/4 cup protein powder

-1/3 cup ground flaxseed

-1/3 cup hemp seeds

-1/4 cup chia seeds

-1/2 cup choc chips (optional)


-Place oats, protein powder, flaxseed, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and choc chips in large bowl and mix together

-Add peanut butter, applesauce, and honey

-Stir all ingredients together until well blended

-Roll ingredients into nuggets of preferred size

➡️Makes 20-24 small-medium nuggets
