Simple Salad

Sometimes, you just need a recipe for a simple salad…even though it’s simple.

⭐️CREATE: Ingredients & Instructions


-4 cups leafy greens (spinach, chard, arugula, kale)

-1.5 cups diced tempeh (or firm tofu)

-1/2 cup sunflower seeds (raw)

-1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (raw)

-1/2 cup dried cranberries (or cherries)

-1 cup of broccoli and/or cauliflower


-1/3 cup olive oil

-2 Tbsp white wine vinegar

-2 Tbsp Dijon mustard

-1 tsp lemon juice

-1/2 tsp salt

-1/2 tsp cumin


-Mix salad ingredients in large bowl

-Whisk dressing ingredients in medium bowl

-Serve dressing over the salad or on the side
