Spaghetti & Meatballs

🤩Ok, have you tried the Beyond Burger meatballs?! So good!

⭐️CREATE: Ingredients & Instructions


-8-12 oz dry spaghetti noodles of choice (more if you’d like)

-Package of 12 Beyond Burger Meatballs - thaw before using if frozen

-12-16 oz marinara sauce of choice (more if you’d like)

-1 cup chopped broccoli

-1 cup diced carrots

-2 Tbsp olive oil

-1/2 Tbsp minced garlic

-1/4 tsp salt

-1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)


-Cook spaghetti according to directions; drain & rinse

-In large skillet, heat olive oil on medium-high heat and sauté garlic for 2 min

-Add meatballs and cook for 2-3 minutes

-Add chopped broccoli, carrots, and salt and cook for another 5-7 minutes, cover, and remove from heat

-In large saucepan, heat marina sauce on medium-low heat for 5 minutes (add red pepper flakes here as option for spicy marinara)

-Add meatball and veggie mixture and turn heat up to medium-high, cover, and cook for 4-5 minutes

-Serve meatball marina over spaghetti
