Vegan Chili


➡️ Ingredients:

-2 cans kidney beans (dark red)

-1 can butter beans

-1 can black beans

-1 can diced tomatoes (28 oz.)

-1 package tempeh (diced)

-2 cups Israeli cous cous

-1/2 can jalapeño peppers (diced - 7 oz.)

-1 cup shredded carrots

-1 cup vegetable stock

-2 Tbsp minced garlic

-3 Tbsp chili powder

-1 Tbsp ground cumin

-1.5 tsp salt

-1 tsp turmeric

➡️ Instructions:

-Drain & rinse all beans

-Place all ingredients in InstaPot or Slow Cooker and follow cooking directions according to cooker used


⭐️Random recommendation: I made tater tots to go with this chili last weekend, and the combo was spot on!
